Terms and conditions

 1. All deposits are NON refundable. 2. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. In the event the contracted vehicle experiences mechanical problems, an accident, overbooked by our sub office, or has been sold before the contracted service date, RML CAR SERVICE LLC has the right to substitute a like vehicle or vehicle with adequate seating capacity and RML CAR SERVICE LLC will not be held responsible to compensate customer otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel and refuse service and return the deposit. 3. Drugs and Weapons are strictly prohibited, and the law prohibits anyone under the age of 21 to consume alcoholic beverages in the vehicle. In the event anyone under the age of 21 consumes alcohol the bill to customer will be charged $1000 to credit card on file, and trip will be terminated. 4. SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN OUR VEHICLES. The customer will be charged $500.00 per attempt to smoke in the vehicle. 5. The customer will be charged and billed for any damages to the vehicle such as cigarette burns, broken glass, broken stereo, cosmetic damages, etc. 6. A minimum charge of $500.00 will be accessed and charged to the customer's credit card for detailing of the vehicle in the event that there are excessive trashing and/or human waste. 7. Violent behavior and or Slander will automatically terminate your service: there are no refunds of full payment and/or deposit. 8. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). 9. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. 10. We are not responsible for delays or the termination caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). 11. Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. 12. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. 13. Cancellations two weeks prior to the date of service will be subject to 50% payment of agreed price. Cancellations made prior to 48 hours of the date of service, will be subject to full payment of agreed price.
